Refund policy

1. General Policy

All products sold in this store are digital sheet music files in PDF format.
After purchase completion, a download link will be issued to the customer, through which the product can be downloaded.

Once the download link has been issued, the product is considered delivered and fulfilled.
Because digital content cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense,
refunds or cancellations are not available after the download link has been issued.

However, if the file is found to be defective, corrupted, or incorrectly delivered due to our error,
we will first reissue a corrected or replacement file at no additional cost.
If the issue cannot be resolved through reissuance, we will provide a full refund using the original payment method.

This section serves as the general policy applicable to all customers.
Depending on the customer’s country of residence, the following regional policies apply in addition.

2. EU / EEA Countries (Including Luxembourg & Iceland)

This store operates in accordance with the EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and
the Directive 2019/770/EU (Digital Content Directive), and adopts the following policy.

2.1 Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing in the EU/EEA are entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days,
provided that the digital content has not yet been downloaded or accessed,
and the download link has not been issued or used.

When a valid withdrawal request is submitted under these conditions,
a full refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method.

2.2 Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal expires if the following conditions are all met:

to waive the right of withdrawal and consent to the issuance of the download link.

  2. The store has confirmed this explicit consent prior to issuing the download link.

  3. The digital content has been made available (i.e., the link has been issued).

Once these conditions are satisfied, the customer’s right of withdrawal is lost,
and no cancellation or refund can be requested thereafter.

we will first reissue a corrected or replacement file.
If the issue remains unresolved, a full refund will be provided via the same payment method.
